The 6 Series MSO, which comes in four, six, and eight-channel configurations with a sizable 15.6-inch high-definition (1,920 x 1,080) display, provides improved visibility into intricate systems. More than four analog signals must be observed in many applications, including embedded systems, three-phase power electronics, automotive electronics, power supply design, and power integrity, in order to confirm and describe device performance and troubleshoot complex system problems.
The majority of engineers can remember instances where they needed more system visibility and context while debugging a particularly challenging issue, but the oscilloscope they were using only had two or four analog channels. It takes a lot of work to align the trigger points when using a second oscilloscope, and figuring out the timing correlations between the two displays is challenging. There are also documentation issues.
You might think that an oscilloscope with six or eight channels would cost 50% or 100% more than one with four channels, but you'll be pleasantly surprised to learn that the price difference between the two models is only about 25% for the six-channel model and about 67% (or less) for the eight-channel model. By allowing you to maintain the timeliness of both ongoing and upcoming projects, the extra analog channels can quickly pay for themselves.

The 6 Series B MSO is available in 4-channel (MSO64B), 6-channel (MSO66B), and 8-channel (MSO68B) FlexChannel configurations, supporting up to 64 digital channels using optional logic probes.
Each FlexChannel input can function as a single high-bandwidth analog channel (displaying waveform views, spectral views, or both) or as eight digital logic channels when paired with a TLP058 logic probe.
The system provides native 12-bit ADC vertical resolution across all analog channels and achieves up to 16 bits of vertical resolution in High Res mode depending on the selected bandwidth and sample rate.
The oscilloscope achieves real-time sample rates of up to 50 GS/s on 2 channels, 25 GS/s on 4 channels, and 12.5 GS/s on more than 4 channels. Standard record length is 62.5 Mpoints, expandable up to 1 Gpoints.
Yes. With built-in e*Scope® functionality, users can connect to the oscilloscope over a standard network connection and fully control and view the instrument interface via any web browser.
Yes, the 6 Series B MSO bandwidth is upgradable across all analog channels from 1 GHz up to 10 GHz (1 GHz, 2.5 GHz, 4 GHz, 6 GHz, 8 GHz, and 10 GHz).
