The MSO44B includes 4 FlexChannel® inputs supporting up to 4 analog channels and 32 digital logic channels. The MSO46B features 6 FlexChannel® inputs accommodating up to 6 analog channels, 48 digital logic channels, and exclusive support for Three-Phase Electrical Analysis.
Each FlexChannel® input can be used as a single analog channel (viewable in time domain, spectrum domain, or both simultaneously) or converted into 8 digital logic channels by attaching an optional TLP058 logic probe, eliminating dedicated digital-only port limitations.
The instrument features hardware 12-bit ADC vertical resolution at up to 3.125 GS/s. In High Res mode, the resolution dynamically increases up to 16 bits at sample rates of 125 MS/s or below.
Yes, analog bandwidth is fully upgradable across 200 MHz, 350 MHz, 500 MHz, 1 GHz, and 1.5 GHz options. Standard record length can also be upgraded from 31.25 Mpoints to 62.5 Mpoints per channel.
