The R&S®NGP814 provides 4 independent output channels with a combined maximum output of 800 W (up to 200 W per channel). Channels 1 and 2 operate across 0–32 V and 0–20 A, while Channels 3 and 4 deliver 0–64 V and 0–10 A.
Yes. The channels can be connected in series to achieve up to 250 V or configured in parallel to reach up to 80 A. The tracking function enables synchronous adjustments across all linked channels.
QuickArb allows users to simulate dynamic supply behaviors, variations, and transient events. It enables customized voltage and current sequences with dwell times as brief as 1 ms, and can load up to eight subgroup profile files for complex simulation scenarios.
Each channel has its own high-resolution voltmeter (1 mV) and ammeter (0.5 mA) calculating min, max, average, and energy values. Time-stamped data from all outputs can be exported directly to standard .CSV files for analysis.
The unit comes standard with USB (TMC and Virtual COM/CDC) and LAN interfaces, along with remote sensing terminals. Additional optional interfaces include GPIB, digital trigger I/O, analog input, and WLAN connectivity.
To ensure device-under-test (DUT) and instrument safety, the R&S®NGP814 includes fully configurable Over-Power Protection (OPP), Over-Current Protection (OCP), and Over-Voltage Protection (OVP) functions.
