Custom Keysight Current Waveform Analyzer for the CX3324A Device Manufacturers, Supplier

The mainframe CX3324A has four channels and a wide resolution of up to 16 bits.

Both the bandwidth and the memory depth can be increased to 200 MHz and 256 MSa/s, respectively.

Product Description

For engineers and academics that require more than two channels for current waveform studies, the CX3324A is a 4-channel variant. Power measurements are made possible by combining a passive probe interface (CX1151A) with a differential sensor (CX1105A) or current sensor (CX1101A, CX1102A, CX1103A, and CX1104A). There are options for memory depth (4 Mpts/ch, 16 Mpts, 64 Mpts, and 256 Mpts) and bandwidth (50 MHz, 100 MHz, and 200 MHz). For CX3300 users that require greater performance, upgrades are also offered for both bandwidth and memory depth options. This 4-channel type can be utilized with an 8-channel digital channel (CX1152A) to increase your triggering versatility.
