The battery internal resistance testers of the IT5100 series are fast, highly accurate, and have a high resolution. Because the IT5100 uses AC 4-terminal sensing, the tester can accurately measure both internal resistance and voltage at the same time. Voltage resolution is 10 μV, and resistance resolution is as low as 0.1 μΩ. The IT5100 can be used to calculate long-term statistics when paired with an external USB drive. With its built-in comparator function, the IT5100 can automatically count the pass rate and decide whether the battery parameters exceed the regulations, making it appropriate for a range of battery tests and selections. SCPI communication protocol is supported by an integrated USB/LAN communication interface.
Testing efficiency is significantly increased by the IT5102 single unit's support for 16 channel battery measurement, master-slave connections up to a maximum of 17 sets, and extension channels up to 272. The IT5100 series' integrated LAN/RS232 communication interface makes it suitable for a variety of battery inspection and sorting tasks, including lithium batteries for cellphones and electric vehicles.
